Who are these terms between?
These terms are between you, the student or researcher asking for the work, and The Ultimate Project World, based in Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. When you approve a quote, you accept these terms together with that quote. If the two ever differ, the quote you approved applies to that piece of work.
What does the service include?
We provide building, writing support, guidance and explanation for academic work. Depending on your quote, that can include:
- Projects: code, experiments, results and a working app or demo, with a setup guide.
- Writing: research papers in IEEE, Springer or journal format, thesis and dissertation chapters, reports and black books, synopses and literature reviews.
- Presentations for reviews and the final viva.
- A walkthrough of the approach, code and results, and viva preparation.
We don’t sit exams, attend reviews or vivas in your place, or take part in anything that means pretending to be you.
How do quotes work?
After the free consultation you receive a written quote. It lists the deliverables, formats, timeline, payment milestones and a fixed price, plus anything that is not included. The price depends on your level, domain, scope and deadline.
Nothing is payable until you approve the quote, and nothing is added later without your agreement. A quote stays valid for 7 days from the day we send it. After that, the price and timeline may be updated to match our availability.
How are payments split into milestones?
The quote splits the price into milestones, each tied to a stage of the work. Typically there is a first payment before work starts, one or more payments as agreed stages are reviewed, and a final payment before the complete files are handed over. The exact milestones and amounts are always the ones written in your quote.
- Payment methods: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or any UPI app), debit and credit cards, net banking, and bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS or IMPS). Pay only to the account or UPI ID named in your written quote, and never share a card number, PIN or OTP with anyone over WhatsApp or phone; we will never ask for them.
- Receipts: you get a receipt or invoice for every payment on request.
- Late payment: work may pause until a due milestone is paid, and the timeline moves by the same amount.
- Cancellation and refunds: if you cancel before work starts, any advance is refunded in full. After work starts, payments for milestones that are complete are not refundable, and anything paid for milestones not yet started is refunded. If we cannot deliver an agreed milestone, the payment for that milestone is refunded. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days of being agreed.
What counts as a revision?
Changes that keep to the agreed scope are included. Changes that alter the scope are quoted separately, and only go ahead if you agree.

Unless your quote says otherwise, support lasts 30 days after handover: fixing errors in what we delivered, answering questions about the work, and helping you set it up and run it.
What do you need to provide?
- Accurate information about your course, level, deadline and requirements.
- Your institution’s or journal’s format and guidelines, as early as possible.
- Any base paper, dataset or earlier work you want us to build on, and permission to use it.
- Your guide’s comments, and timely replies when we ask for feedback.
If inputs arrive late or change, the timeline moves with them.
What can’t we guarantee?
Some outcomes are decided by other people, so we never promise them:
- Marks, grades or viva results, which your examiners decide.
- Approval by your guide or committee, although we act on their comments within scope.
- Acceptance, publication or indexing of a paper. Acceptance is decided by the journal or conference, and indexing (for example in Scopus or UGC-CARE lists) by the indexing body.
- A particular similarity-check score, because each institution uses its own tool and settings.
- A particular accuracy or result. Results depend on the data. We report what the experiments actually show and never invent data or results.
Whose responsibility is academic integrity?
Our work is provided as building, writing support, guidance and reference material for your own learning and submission. You are responsible for checking what your university, guide and any journal allow, including rules on authorship and on declaring outside help, and for how you use and submit the work.
We may decline or stop work that would clearly break those rules. If we stop for that reason, we settle payments for the work done so far as set out in the quote.
How is confidentiality handled?
- Your details, files and project stay private, as described in the privacy policy.
- We don’t resell your project or reuse your text for another student.
- Only the people working on your project see your files.
- We ask before using any part of your work as an example, and then show it only with student, guide and institute details removed.
Who owns the work after handover?
Once a deliverable is fully paid for, you may use, change and submit it for your academic purposes, and publish papers based on it under the authorship your institution and the publisher allow. Until then, the rights in unpaid work stay with us.
- Third-party parts such as open-source libraries, public datasets, pretrained models and templates remain under their own licences. Follow those licences, including any citation they ask for.
- Our general know-how, tools and templates that are not specific to your project remain ours to use in other work.
- Your own material, such as data or text you give us, remains yours.
What is our liability?
We do the work with reasonable skill and care, and fix errors in what we delivered within the agreed scope. Beyond that:
- Our total liability for any piece of work is limited to the amount you paid for it.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for academic outcomes, or for decisions made by institutions, guides, examiners, journals or indexing bodies.
- We are not responsible for problems caused by changes made by you or others after handover, or by third-party services such as WhatsApp, payment apps, hosting providers or software libraries.
- Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
What else should you know?
- Website content is general information. Case studies are examples of past work, not offers of the same work.
- No affiliation. We are not affiliated with IEEE, Springer, Scopus, UGC, any university, or The PhD Project (phdproject.org).
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any disagreement by talking it through. Courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction.
- Changes. We may update these terms and the date at the top of this page. The version in force when you approve a quote applies to that piece of work.
